Refund policy

・Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since the delivery of your items unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If more than 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your orders unfortunately you are not eligible for returns.

Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Return Address:

Due to COVID19, we might have a different return address, please contact us for the address before returning your print. 

 

・Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed only for issues regarding the quality(broken-scratched) of the item/s or if the wrong item/s has been delivered.

We do not process refunds if the variant or the size ordered is wrong. However, in this case, we do offer solutions to upgrade the product e.g. bigger size (extra fees will be applicable).

      • Custom orders, Special orders, and Handmade products are NON-RETURNABLE and CAN NOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.
  • You will be issued a full refund ONLY for the following reasons:
    • Ories Wood shipping errors.
    • Defective on Arrival.

Once you receive your ordered item, please inspect for any defective conditions and whether it reached you in its original condition. If you should explore any defects, we kindly ask you to contactOries Wood support ([email protected]) and provide us with image material of the packaging boxes and the damaged item for proof. We are happy to be there with any needed assistance.

We urgently request NOT to inform any damages with the item AFTER having installed it on the wall. In this case, we will not be able to correspond to your refund inquiry since the product is no longer in its original condition and cannot be resold.

If your shipping should reach you in a damaged condition we urgently ask you NOT to dispose of the packaging of the order. After delivering us with image material for proof you will receive a confirmation email ba our support team for your return within 48 hours.

In case of unexpected incidents, if your order is lost or damaged while in transit, the production and shipment procedure will be generated from the very beginning, i.e. our production team will be needing 3-5 days for printing and another 3-5 days for delivery. In other words, the process will be working as if a new order has been placed. Eventually, after having approved the returned items the customer has the chance to cancel the replacement order within 24 hours. If the replacement shipping has been delivered to the carrier company neither a refund can be processed nor the order can be canceled.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted for arbitrary returns and exchanges.

・Disclosures:

    • Please also note: Actual product colors may vary from the colors shown on your monitor due to Photographic Lighting Sources or Your Monitor Settings.
    • Window reflection on the corners has been used to give a glass effect for the product photos. There is no such reflection on real products.

・Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

・Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded, Unless there are issues regarding the quality of the item/s or if the wrong item/s has been delivered.

・Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

・Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

・Wrong Address

Our fulfillment process is fully automated, therefore, you have 24 hours to make any address changes.
Please be aware, If you confirm your address and we are still unable to deliver your order, your products will be discarded.
In this case, we can offer you two options:
1- After your address is confirmed, you will be charged an additional 30% of the total amount to reship the order.
2- You will be refunded 70% of the total amount.

・Shipping

To return your product, you should mail us and we will provide our address for returns, if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
